Cecily Kelly

Cecily was introduced to yoga in 2015. Looking to learn and grow in body and mind she started practicing regularly, drawn to yoga by finding love of movement of the body and stillness in the mind. Cecily completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2016 at Peace Love and Yoga in California and became passionate about teaching the multiple beautiful aspects yoga has to offer. 

Through numerous trainings Cecily now teaches a wide range of yoga including Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Sculpt and Floating yoga. Always exploring new ways to teach, learn and share yoga, meditation and self care. Cecily teaches a strong and mindful class. With challenging, fun flows focused on alignment,  safety and personal exploration. She believes that yoga invites us to create intimate relationships and be in awe of our creativity, enthusiasm and the pure delight in being alive.
