Membership Policies
You may cancel any time with a 15-day notice. Otherwise you are able to cancel “effective now” with a $50 fee.
As a PLAY Auto-Debit member, you may suspend your membership with 15 day notice. The 1st suspension (up to 1 month) is complementary. The second suspension (any length of time) is $15 for up to one month and the third (any length of time) is $25 for up to one month. Unfortunately, we are unable to suspend memberships beyond 3 times (3 months).
We only accept email requests to pause or cancel a membership. No verbal/phone requests will be accepted. Please submit your request through the contact form, or send us an email to pricing@peaceloveandyoga.com.
Late Cancellation/No Show Fees
Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to a scheduled class will incur a late cancel fee of $10.
No Shows will incur a no show fee of $20.
Class cancellations can be made via the MindBody app or by calling the studio at 760-720-0619.
Aerial Payment Policies
With the exception of Unlimited Monthly Memberships, an Aerial specific “Drop In” or Aerial specific Class Packages is required to attend Aerial classes.
Refund Policy
All regular packages expire one year after purchase. Clients may purchase a package greater than a drop-in to extend this package only once, and the purchase must be within 2 years of the original package.
All promotional packages expire within 6 months.
There are no refunds, full or partial, for class passes or memberships. No exceptions.
Unused/Unworn merchandise items may be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as the tags are still intact and attached to the merchandise.
Age Limits
Senior Discount: 55 or older. Ages 16 and up may attend a hot class with a parent present. Ages 17 and older may attend a hot class with parent consent. (Parents) must come in to sign an intake form). Ages 12 and up may attend non-heated adult classes with a parent present. Childcare is for children 8 months and up.
