Membership Policies
You may cancel any time with a 15-day notice. Otherwise you are able to cancel “effective now” with a $50 fee.
As a PLAY Auto-Debit member, you may suspend your membership with 15 day notice. The 1st suspension (up to 1 month) is complementary. The second suspension (any length of time) is $15 for up to one month and the third (any length of time) is $25 for up to one month. Unfortunately, we are unable to suspend memberships beyond 3 times (3 months).
We only accept email requests to pause or cancel a membership. No verbal/phone requests will be accepted. Please send us an email to Monique@peaceloveandyoga.com.
