Andrea is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who brings heart, intention, and lived experience into every class she teaches. For over 25 years, she felt a quiet pull toward yoga—long before she ever stepped onto a mat. Something within her knew this practice would one day become an important part of her life, even before she fully understood what yoga truly was.
She began her personal practice in 2014 and has been part of the Peace Love & Yoga community since 2015. Over time, yoga became more than movement—it became therapy, healing, and a powerful way to reconnect with her body, breath, and inner strength. Through her own journey, Andrea discovered how deeply yoga can support both physical and emotional well-being, and this inspired her to become a teacher.
Andrea is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where students can slow down, listen to their bodies, and find their own sense of balance and resilience. She loves guiding others through their healing journeys and believes that yoga meets each person exactly where they are.
Outside the studio, Andrea enjoys bouldering, backpacking, weightlifting, reading, and spending quality time with her three beautiful children and her grandbaby. She grew up in the High Desert, but San Diego has always felt like home. She has been rooted in Oceanside for the past 16 years and feels deeply connected to the local community.
