Jesse has been an avid practitioner of yoga since 2003, incorporating the yoga philosophy into his lifestyle and transforming his life journey. Grateful and passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with others, he completed his RYT 200 in 2010 through Prana Yoga Center and his RYT 500 in 2012 through YogaWorks. Jesse uses the power of yoga to create learning spaces of joy, trust and inspiration for his students. He enjoys a playful approach to motivating students. His classes are designed around breath and core development, using postures and transitional combinations to build strength and balance. Jesse strives to motivate students towards deeper exploration of their personal capabilities with a gentle hand and encouraging smile. In this way, he brings the transformative spirit of yoga to all who attend his classes.
Jesse is influenced by a number of styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini and Acroyoga.
When Jesse is not teaching yoga, he is teaching underwater survival skills to U.S. Marines. As a certified PADI master scuba instructor, he brings the discipline of breath and calmness from yoga to the undersea realm.
