Brittni received her RYT certification through PLAY’s 200 hour training.
After dancing for years, Brittni had to have an ACL and meniscus surgery that left her searching for physical activity that wasn’t as taxing as dance had been on her body. She found yoga as the perfect way to strengthen and rehabilitate her knee while still presenting her with the physical challenge she craved.
It was discovering PLAY’s unique offering of gifted and experienced teachers that opened her up to the deeper aspects of yoga. Her teaching focus is based in creating lines with the body, as with dance, to stabilize and protect the joints while providing a kick ass playlist to escape into.
