Come explore mindfulness meditation as a way to slow down, change your relationship to experience, and perhaps move towards freedom.

Learn mindfulness techniques such as awareness of the body, emotions, and thoughts as well as heart practices like loving-kindness. 

This course is open to everyone, exactly as you are. All bodies and abilities welcome. 

Each class includes:

Guided Meditation • Instructions on Self Guided Meditation • Activities to Illustrate Learning Material • Open Forum Q&A
